The late '90s vancouver indy scene. Joe Fool was one of the many bands with a vague allegiance to the Railway Club. After a couple of rough recordings we got in the studio with a 24 track on off hours, labouriously putting down parts and bringing in guest players for texture in search of the consumate pop/folk/alt sound...whew...
